Meet the Owner

Francis J. Bevilacqua III has over 15 years of real estate and construction experience. Early in his career he started as real estate agent and then moved onto construction and development. As the owner of Bevilacqua Builds LLC, Francis is responsible for providing strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations. When he isn’t working Francis enjoys spending time with family at their home in Salisbury. He also enjoys being involved in the community. He has been a long time supporter of the United Way of Merrimack Valley and Mass Bay and is a board member of the Greater Haverhill Boys and Girls Club. Francis is a graduate of Merrimack College in North Andover with a BS in Business Administration.
